Laser Marking

Laser marking is a clean, fast, non-contact process which relies on the intense heat of a focused laser beam to permanently modify the surface of the material being marked.

The mark is created using intuitive WindowsÂ®-based software, through which control hardware steers the focused beam using two mirrors mounted on high-speed precision motors. The software enables text, graphics, logos, barcodes and data matrix codes to be marked. Automation features enable part serialisation, date coding, variable text inputs, remote programming, I/O control and much more.

Depending on the required spot sizes for the materials you need to mark, we can help you choose from a wide range of Vanadate (YV04) laser markers, fiber laser markers or green laser markers. These lasers enable the high resolution marking of plastics and metals.

Fiber Laser Markers

LM-F Series Sinle and Multi mode fiber laser markers

The LM-F Series Fiber Markers are particularly suited for high-speed laser marking, laser engraving, laser etching, laser ablation and laser annealing resulting in high contrast marks on plastics, metals and other materials. It may also be used for laser deep engraving, laser foaming and laser bleaching. User-configurable options and unique features enable these fiber laser markers to be tailored for optimised production.
