Weld Heads for manual operations
AMADA WELD TECH offers a high-quality portfolio of foot operated weld heads. These are ideal for situation in which the operator has to position parts manually and good coordination is required between positioning the parts and closing the weld head.
With our pneumatic weld heads for manual operation, the EZ-Air ensures repeatable, reliable, high-speed operation and provides unsurpassed repeatability and easy set-up.
Thanks to their excellent dynamic response and their stable follow-up properties the F series weld heads represent the best solutions for a wide range of resistance welding applications. Maximum reliability and ease of maintenance generate an outstanding cost of ownership and a very long product life in operation.
Thanks to their excellent dynamic response and their stable follow-up properties the FP-series weld heads represent the best solution for a wide range of resistance welding applications.
The FP werld head series is designed for welding of materials which require precise and reliable welds continuously.
Both weld head types deliver outstanding weld process stability and consistent reproducibility.
The LT-050B Series Light Force Micro Welding Head is a precision, low-inertia head designed specifically for delicate, parallel-gap welding, thermo-compression bonding and reflow soldering. True vertical electrode motion eliminates the electrode-wiping action. A low mass spring and compound lever force system ensure accurate, repeatable welding force in the 40 to 1000 gram range.
The M-series of weld heads provides a proven and very reliable weld-head series with minimum cost of ownership and delivers maximum reliability and minimum service cost.
AMADA WELD TECH's TL-80B and TL-180B SeriesThin-Line weld heads for spot welding applications are precision, low inertia, force-fired heads with narrow vertical profiles which exert 1.1 N – 178 N of force (80 Series) or 22 N – 445 N of force (180 Series).
The modular weld head system offers flexibility, simplicity and high performance for micro joining joining applications.
The precision ultra low inertia weld head modules can be used standalone mounted on third party application product or may be supplied as bench mounted units either with fixed or variable height back supports.
The KN-200A weld head has been extensively proven in industrial environments around the world and is regarded as the “dependable workhorse†of the industry. The KN-200A and its proprietary fast force follow-up feature eliminates weld expulsion, preventing entrapment of ejected materials in projection welded electronic devices – a common cause of PIND (particle impact noise detection) failure.
Single cylinder design delivers 250 – 1250 lb (113 – 568 kg) of weld force.
Dual cylinder design delivers 250 – 4082 lb (113 – 1855 kg) of weld force.
