Motorized weld heads designed for integration into automated resistance spot-welding production lines
Designed for use in automation or benchtop welding, AMADA WELD TECH's 70 Series Weld heads offer stable, repeatable electrode force for a wide range of resistance welding applications. Two different models are available, each equipped with an easy-to-program, state-of-the-art servo motor controller which allows the electrode positions to be precisely programmed and a speed of up to 32 different weld schedules.
Designed for use in automation or benchtop welding, AMADA WELD TECH's Model 73 and Model 73-Z weld heads offer fast, repeatable electrode motion control for a wide range of resistance welding applications. The Model 73 weld head is an easy-to-program, stateof-the-art servo motor controller that allows precise programming of electrode position and speed for up to 31 different weld schedules.
FM-025A is the newest member of AMADA WELD TECH's modular weld head series. It is designed to provide customers with the widest possible range of options and variations while emphasizing quality, efficiency and serviceability.
The low force, servo-motor driven FM-025A weld head with linear drive is specifically designed for use in the AMADA WELD TECH OP-AWS3-A Active Welding System.
The new servo-motor driven FM-060A motorized high-speed, low-force weld head is specifically designed for precision, automated, high-speed applications found in the lighting, automotive, tooling, and electronics industries.
Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines, but it was specifically designed for use with the OP-AWS3-A Active Welding System.
